the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 0905/2018 dated 29.12.2018,
registered at Police Station Mehrauli, South Delhi, for offences punishable
under Sections 420/448/467/468/471/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code,
1860 [“IPC”].
