Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
• Assisting with corporate and investment transactions, including PE/VC and startup deals
• Supporting real estate transactions
• Conducting legal research and due diligence
• Assisting the legal team on diverse corporate advisory matters
Eligibility & Preference:
• Law graduates with 0–1 year of experience (Freshers may apply)
• Strong legal drafting and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Candidates based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate
