Mahendra Gargiyes & Associates, Office Nos. 537–538, 5th Floor, Mahima Trinity Mall, Near Phule College, Swej Farm, New Sanganer Road, Jaipur – 302019, Rajasthan, India.

    June 2025

I submitted my internship application, along with my CV, via email to hr.gargieyas@gmail.com.

On the first day of my internship, I reached the office at 10:30 a.m. Dinesh Sir connected my laptop to a remote desktop and provided me with the SOP for the internship, which contained the basics of drafting, the working of the office, and the Taxmann manual.

After that, Priyanka Ma’am introduced me to the other interns and the staff of the firm. The next day, I met the head of the firm, Mahendra Gargieya Sir.

The overall internship experience involved a diverse range of tasks. My primary responsibilities included legal research and correcting sound files assigned by Mahendra Sir.

In addition, I performed various miscellaneous tasks, such as preparing paper books, drafting notices and circulars, and assisting with auditing work.

The working environment was very friendly, and all the associates were always willing to help whenever I faced any difficulty in completing a task. There was no undue pressure on the interns, which made the learning experience comfortable and enjoyable.

The good thing is that, on the first day of my internship, I did not have sufficient knowledge of taxation law. However, during the tenure of my internship, I gained a better understanding of taxation law.

I did not find any drawbacks in this internship. One can gain a great deal from this experience if they are willing to work hard and remain dedicated.

It was an unpaid internship. The certificate is provided at the end of the internship.

PGs are located near Vivek Vihar Metro Station, which is close to Mahima Trinity Mall.

Since taxation is a vast area of law in itself, on the first day, you will mostly be able to get only a basic idea of the subject. If you face any difficulty in understanding certain concepts, it is understandable, given the technical nature of tax law.
