    The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) is responsible for administering the Companies Act, the Limited Liability Partnership Act, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, and various other laws relating to corporate governance and regulation in India. The Ministry also plays a significant role in promoting good corporate governance, investor protection, and ease of doing business.

    About the Opportunity

    The Ministry of Corporate Affairs is inviting applications for the position of Young Professional to work at the MCA Headquarters, the Office of the Director General of Corporate Affairs, and Regional Offices across India.

    Young Professional (Contractual)

    Location

    New Delhi and MCA Field Offices across India

    Remuneration

    • First Year: ₹50,000 per month
    • Second Year: ₹55,000 per month
    • Third Year: ₹60,000 per month
    • Fourth Year: ₹65,000 per month

    Eligibility Criteria

    Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications:

    • Chartered Accountant (CA)
    • Company Secretary (CS)
    • Cost Accountant (CMA)
    • Law Graduate with a minimum of 55% marks
    • M.Com with a minimum of 55% marks

    Age Limit

    Maximum 35 years.

    Selected Young Professionals may work in areas including:

    • Corporate Law and Corporate Governance
    • Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
    • Competition Law
    • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
    • Cost Audit
    • Regulatory Affairs
    • Legal Research and Litigation Support
    • Corporate Data Management
    • Public Policy and Regulatory Analysis
