01. Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners.
02. Issue notice to the Respondents in the main Petition as well as
in the connected CM, returnable within a period of four weeks. Requisites
for service within one week.
03. List again on 14th of August, 2026.
04. Meanwhile, the Respondents are directed to release the
legitimately earned wages of the Petitioner in accordance with Rules and
submit report thereof before the Court by the next date of hearing.
