    The present criminal misc. has been preferred by the

    SPONSORED

    petitioner under Section 528 BNSS (428 Cr.P.C.) for fair and

    impartial investigation in connection with FIR No.60/2026

    registered at Police Station Bhojasar, District Phalodi for offences

    under Sections 115(2), 329(3), 190 and 307 of BNS.

    Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a factual report

    dated 02.07.2026, which is taken on record as per which the

    police after thorough investigation into the matter has filed a

    challan in the matter.

    This Court has perused the record as well as the factual

    report and prima facie founds the involvement of the petitioner.

    In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to interfere.

    In such circumstances, the present misc. petition is

    dismissed.

    However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a

    representation before the concerned Superintendent of Police as

    well as the Investigating Officer, if he advised so.

    All pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
