1. The Appellant is seeking protection of pre-arrest bail in connection
with Crime No.219/2025 dated 12.12.2025 registered with Mantha Police Station,
District Nanded for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 61(2), 118(1),
351(2), 351(3), 352, 296, 191(2), 191(3), 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023
and Sections 3(2)(va) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of
Atrocities) Act, 1989.
2. Mr. Shinde, learned Advocate appearing for Appellant, invited
attention of this Court to orders passed by this Court in Criminal Appeals No.
79/2026 and 110/2026 whereby co-accused persons are granted ad-interim
protection
3. Perused contents of FIR. This Court finds that for same reasons
recorded in interim orders passed in Criminal Appeals No. 79/2026 and 110/2026,

present Appellant deserves ad-interim protection. Hence, following order:
ORDER
(i) Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 17.06.2026. The
learned APP waives notice for Respondent No.1-State.
(ii) Till next date, in event of arrest of Appellant in connection
with Crime No.219/2025 dated 12.12.2025 registered with Mantha
Police Station, District Nanded for the offences punishable under
Sections 109, 61(2), 118(1), 351(2), 351(3), 352, 296, 191(2), 191(3),
190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3(2)(va) of
Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act,
1989, he shall be released on bail on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.
30,000/- (Rs. Thirty Thousand only) with one surety in the like
amount, on the following conditions:
a. The Appellant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence
in any manner.
b. The Appellant shall attend the concerned police station on
every Friday between 10.00 am to 02.00 pm.c. The Appellant shall cooperate with the investigating agency for
further investigation.
