01. Pursuant to the direction of this Court as given in order
dated 13.05.2026, Mr. Sachin Verma, Treasurey Officer, Sadder
Treasurey, Jammu is present in person and assures this Court that
from his end everything required to be done related to the
settlement of the petitioners’ pension case has been done and now it
is for the J&K Bank, Branch Chand Nagar, Jammu to take things
forward and accordingly, the petitioners are expected to have no
further grievance in the matter.
02. This Court calls upon Mr. Manik Bhardwaj, learned
counsel for the petitioners to get confirmation of this aspect.

03. Appearance of Mr. Sachin Verma, Treasurey Officer,
Sadder Treasurey, Jammu is dispensed with.
