    01. This Court directs the learned Principal District Judge,

    SPONSORED

    Udhampur, to transfer the suit file which has been

    preferred by taking recourse to Order 33 of the J&K

    Code of Civil Procedure, Svt. 1977 to the court of

    learned Principal District Judge, Reasi so as to salvage

    the institution of the suit of the petitioners, in terms

    whereof the petitioners as plaintiffs, have come forward

    asking for compensation relatable to the death of their

    son, Pawan Singh, who is said to have suffered

    electrocution on 14.03.2012 at Banganga (Katra), district

    Reasi.

    02. Upon transfer of the civil suit file to the court of learned

    Principal District Judge, Reasi and upon entertaining of

    the suit on its file, the petitioners are reserved with their

    right to approach this Court seeking transfer of the civil

    suit by reference to the fact that they are residents of

    district Udhampur and are economically weaker persons

    not in a position to pursue their civil suit before the court

    of learned Principal District Judge, Reasi by undertaking

    travel and other related expenses which in the event of

    the civil suit being adjudicated by the District Court,

    Udhampur would not be accruing to the petitioners.

    03. The petition is thus, disposed of, accordingly.
