The Chambers of Nikhil Saini is offering internship opportunities to motivated and hardworking law students seeking practical exposure to litigation and dispute resolution practice.
Eligibility
Candidates applying for the internship should:
- Be pursuing a 3-year LL.B. course or a 5-year integrated law programme
- Possess strong research and drafting skills
- Demonstrate sincerity, commitment, and eagerness to learn litigation practice
Nature of Work
- Legal research
- Drafting of pleadings, applications, and legal notices
- Court assistance and briefing
- Case law analysis
- Assistance in arbitration and commercial matters
