seeking transfer of Case No. 3904 of 2025 titled as
Moytree Baruah vs. Kaushik Adhikari filed by the
petitioner under Section 12 read with Sections 17, 18,
19, 20, 22 and 23 of the Protection of Women from
Domestic Violence Act, 2005 from the court of the
Judicial Magistrate-2nd Dehradun to a court of competent
jurisdiction at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
2. Learned counsel for the parties has stated that
the dispute has now been settled between the parties.
