PER COURT :-
1. The applicants seek protection of pre-arrest bail in
connection with Crime No.319/2026 registered with Sangamner City
Police Station, District Ahilyanagar for the offences punishable under
Sections 26(2)(iv), 27(3)(d), 27(3)(e), 30(2)(a), 3(1)(zz)(iv), 59 of
Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and Section 223, 274, 275 and
123 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
2. Heard Mr. Karpe, learned advocate appearing for
applicants.
3. Perused the F.I.R.
4. Considering nature of allegations and role attributed to
applicants, prima facie, custodial interrogation of applicants is not
necessary. Hence, case is made out to grant interim protection to
applicants. Hence, following order:

ORDER
(i) Issue notice to respondents, returnable on 16.06.2026. Learned
APP waives notice for respondent-State.
(ii) Till next date, in the event of arrest of applicants in connection
with Crime No.319/2026 registered with Sangamner City Police
Station, District Ahilyanagar for the offences punishable under
Sections 26(2)(iv), 27(3)(d), 27(3)(e), 30(2)(a), 3(1)(zz)(iv), 59 of
Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and Section 223, 274, 275 and
123 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, they be released on bail on
furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs. 30,000/- (Rs. Thirty Thousand only)
with one surety in the like amount each, on the following conditions:
(a) The applicants shall not tamper with prosecution evidence
in any manner.
(b) The applicants shall attend concerned police station on
every Friday between 10.00 am to 02.00 pm.
(c) The applicants shall cooperate with investigating agency for
further investigation.
