The Court:-Certain inadvertent typographical errors have crept into the
judgment dated 27th April, 2026, which are indicated and corrected as under:-
In paragraph No. 3 &14 the expression “West Bengal Co-operative
Societies Act, 1961” be corrected to read as “West Bengal Co-operative
Societies Act, 2006”.
In paragraph No.13, the name “Mr. Soumya Roy” be corrected to read as
“Mr. Soumya Ray”.
In paragraph No.16, the words “Vijay Drolia” be corrected to read as
“Vidya Drolia”.
In the first sentence of paragraph No.18, the expression “Sections 108
and 109 of the West Bengal Co-operative Societies Act, 1961” be corrected to
read as “Sections 102 and 103 of the West Bengal Co-operative Societies Act,
2006”. In the second sentence of paragraph No.18, “Section 108′ be corrected
as “Section 102” and “Section 109” be corrected to read as “Section 102(4)”.
