1. With the appearance of learned counsel for the caveator, caveat stands
discharged.

2. By this petition, petitioner herein has challenged communication dated
11.05.2026 issued by Respondent No. 2, wherein negative remarks in
respect of the petitioner’s performance as “incapable of handling more
work load” have been reflected, primarily on the ground that it is
violative of principles of natural justice.
3. Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner relies
upon an order dated 19.01.2026, passed by this Court in case titled
“M/S Narayan Construction Company Vs. Union of India & Ors.”
bearing WP (C) No. 64/2026 and prays for the same relief.
4. Notice, waived by Mr. Karan Sharma, learned counsel appearing on
behalf of the respondents. He seeks and is granted four weeks’ time to
file response to the instant petition, with an advance copy to the
counsel opposite.
