Heard on IA No.10675/2024, which is an application for condonation
of delay.
2. It is contended by the counsel for the appellant that a suit was filed
by the present appellant as plaintiff while seeking relief of specific
performance of agreements to sale dated 15/03/2011 and 08/10/2023. The
suit was dismissed by the trial Court vide judgment and decree dated
16/08/2019. Assailing the said judgment and decree dated 16/08/2019, the
present appeal has been filed with a delay of approximately 1488 days (four
years and twenty-eight days).
