    1. Exemption Application is allowed.

    2. The petitioner has been denied bail by the High Court in
    connection with First Information Report No.59 of 2023 registered
    with Pisangan Police Station, District Ajmer, State of Rajasthan
    for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 511, 584, 306 & 120B
    of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short, “IPC”) respectively,
    Sections 11 and 12 of the Protection of Children From Sexual
    Offences Act, 2012 (for short, “POCSO”) respectively and Section 67

    3. We are informed that the trial is in progress. Till this date,
    13 witnesses have been examined. The prosecution intends to examine

    as many as 35 witnesses.

    4. Since the trial is in progress and having regard to the nature
    of the crime as alleged, we are not persuaded to exercise our
    discretion at this point of time insofar as the plea of the accused
    for bail is concerned.

    5. Let the trial proceed expeditiously.

    6. We direct the trial court to see that the trial is completed
    within a period of six months from today. The disposal of the trial
    shall be informed to this court.

    7. By any chance, if the trial is not completed within six
    months, it shall be open for the petitioner to pray for bail once
    again before the trial court.

    8. With the aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of.

    9. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
