1. In this appeal filed under Section 378(1)(b) of the Code
of Criminal Procedure, 1973, (the Cr.P.C.), the State in Sessions
Case No. 81 of 2013 on the file of the Additional Sessions Judge-
01, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, assails
the judgment dated 29.01.2015 as per which the sole accused has
been acquitted of the offences punishable under Sections 354A,
354D of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (the IPC) and Section 12 of
the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences, 2012 (the
PoCSO Act).
