    and seeks regular bail in connection with Case

    No.RC-06/2011/NIA/DLI arising out of FIR

    No.04/2011 dated 16.01.2011, registered at

    Police Station – National Investigation Agency,

    New Delhi, for the offences punishable under

    Section 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and

    Sections 13, 17, 18, 20, 21, 38 and 40 of the

    Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967.

    3. We have heard the learned Senior counsel

    appearing for the appellant and the learned

    4. As has been rightly submitted by the learned

    Senior counsel appearing for the appellant, that

    the trial would take considerable time to

    conclude coupled with the fact that admittedly,

    the appellant has been under incarceration for 8

    years and 6 months approximately.

    5. Considering the above position, we are inclined

    to set aside the impugned order passed by the

    High Court and grant bail to the appellant.

    6. Accordingly, the impugned order stands set aside

    and the appellant is granted bail, subject to

    the terms and conditions that may be imposed by

    the concerned Trial Court.

    7. The appeal stands allowed, accordingly.

    8. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand

    disposed of.
