1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for
the State.
3. The Petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with
Jagannath Prasad P.S. Case No.414 of 2025, corresponding to G.R.
Case No.608 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C.,
Jagannath Prasad for the alleged commission of offences
punishable under Sections 296/117(2)/109(1)/115(2)/329(3)/3(5) of
B.N.S., 2023 has filed this petition under Section 482 of the BNSS
for release on pre-arrest bail.
