About the Organizers
The Centre for Transparency and Accountability in Governance (CTAG) is an academic and research-driven body dedicated to fostering discussions on transparency, accountability, and good governance. The Centre actively engages in interdisciplinary research and initiatives addressing contemporary legal and policy challenges.
Event Details
CTAG is organising a Paper Presentation Competition on the occasion of International Labour Day, 1 May 2026. The event aims to critically engage with the evolving landscape of labour rights and governance, focusing on contemporary challenges and transformations in labour law, policy, and practice.
In line with this year’s Labour Day theme, “Healthy Psychosocial Working Environments,” the competition encourages discourse on mental well-being at the workplace, workload management, and the role of digital tools in shaping modern employment conditions.
It also addresses workers’ rights, social justice, and the empowerment of women in the workforce.
Eligibility
Students, research scholars, and academicians are eligible to apply.

Submission Procedure
Participants can submit their papers via email. Each submission must be original and unpublished, accompanied by a 50-word abstract on the first page along with author details.
Submissions must be sent in .doc or .docx format to ctag@nludelhi.ac.in.

Fee
No registration or submission fee.
Prizes
- First Prize: ₹5,000
- Second Prize: ₹3,000
- Third Prize: ₹2,000
Winning authors will be invited to present their papers and will be featured in the May edition of MTAG. Results will be declared during the webinar.
