On April 18 2026, National Law University Delhi had the pleasure of hosting Dr. Shivani Kapoor’s workshop on LL.M. Dissertation Writing for our students of the LL.M. (Regular) programme.

Dr. Kapoor guided students through the full trajectory of dissertation writing, from developing an initial draft to preparing a submission-ready manuscript, particularly on how to sharpen their structure and argument. The workshop also engaged students on the anatomy of a dissertation, the role of structure in sustaining argument, the use of keywords as conceptual anchors, and techniques for identifying and strengthening argumentative voice.
