3. Regular Second Appeal under Section 71(6) of the Food Safety and
Standard Act, 2006 has been filed on behalf of the Appellant to set aside the
Order dated 10.09.2022 of learned Adjudicating Authority whereby a
penalty of Rs.3,00,000/- has been imposed upon the Appellant, which has
been upheld by the learned District & Sessions Judge/Appellate Tribunal,
vide Order dated 06.01.2026.
