    The Court made the following:
    ORDER:

    The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of

    India seeking the following relief:-

    “…to issue a Writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or
    direction, declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not considering my
    application seeking for permission for conducting peaceful march on
    14.04.2026 in between 10.30 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. from SVR
    Kalyanamandapam, Davaji Gudem to the Statue of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar i.e.,
    Pedda Gandhi Bomma Center, Gannavaram on the occasion of the
    birthday of Dr. B.R.Ambedkar though the petitioner made an application
    through Mee-Seva dated 06.04.2026 vide application
    No.PEB012600365809 as illegal, arbitrary and violation Art 14, 19 and 21
    of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to
    consider the application of the petitioner grant of peaceful march and pass
    such order(s).”

    2. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant

    Government Pleader for Home.

    3. Sri B.V. Anjaneyulu, learned counsel for the Petitioner, submits that the

    writ petition is filed seeking permission from Respondent No. 3 to conduct a

    peaceful march on 14.04.2026 between 10:30 A.M. and 2:00 P.M., from SVR

    Kalyanamandapam, Davaji Gudem to the statue of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, i.e.,

    Pedda Gandhi Bomma Center, Gannavaram, on the occasion of the birth

    anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the chief architect of the Constitution of

    India.

    4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home,

    submits that Respondent No. 3 intends to grant appropriate permission to the

    Petitioner for conducting the peaceful march, subject to compliance with

    certain conditions.

    5. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing

    Respondent No. 3 to grant necessary permission to the Petitioner for

    conducting a peaceful march on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Dr.

    B.R. Ambedkar, the chief architect of the Constitution of India. The Petitioner

    shall scrupulously follow the conditions to be imposed by Respondent No. 3.

    There shall be no order as to costs.

    As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall stand closed.
