1. This second application for bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has
been filed by the petitioner who has been arrested in connection
with FIR No.469/2022 registered at Police Station Ratangarh
(Churu), District Churu, for offence under Sections 8/15, 25 and
29 of the NDPS Act.
2. Learned counsel submitted that as per the prosecution,
during routine patrolling and nakanbandi near Megha Highway
Nazad Malasar Toll Naka, on 17.09.2022, a team of Police Station
Ratangarh, Churu apprehended a Truck having registration No.PB-
02-DF-4113. Upon search being made, police recovered
contraband (poppy husk/straw) weighing 07 quintals and 23 kgs.
from the conscious possession of Kartarsingh, Daljeet singh and
Dinesh Chandra i.e. present petitioner contained in thirty six
plastic sacks. All accused were arrested on the spot.
