    This Court vide its order dt. 26.02.2026 had provided one opportunity to
    the respondent to file objections.

    SPONSORED

    As per the report of the concerned clerk, objections have not been filed
    by the respondent.

    At this stage, Mr. Ankit Dogra, Advocate Vice Mr. J.A. Hamal,
    Advocate Ld. Counsel for the respondent, submits that the present appeal has
    been filed under Section 35-G of Central Excise Act, and therefore, there is
    no requirement to file objections. He requests that the matter be listed before
    Hon’ble Court.

    In view of the submission made by the Ld. Counsel for the respondent,
    the matter be listed before the Hon’ble Court in the 4th week of April, 2026
    for kind orders.
