1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483

BNSS on behalf of accused-applicant. The accused-applicant was

SPONSORED

arrested in connection with FIR No. 290/2025 registered at Police

Station Bandikui District Dausa for the offence(s) under Sections

420, 406 of IPC and the learned Trial Court amidst the offences

under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 of IPC dismissed the bail

application before it.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that

applicant is 35 years of age and he is sole bread earner of the

family. It is submitted that charge-sheet has been filed in the

instant matter and that the matter is triable by Magistrate. It is

submitted that the applicant is behind bars ever-since 06.09.2025.

3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has objected to the

grant of bail. It is submitted that the applicant was closely

associated as submitted with the concerned Ministers and there

are strong criminal antecedents, approximately eight, of similar

nature whereby general public is looted, under the garb of grant of

employment.

4. Heard and considered.

5. Considering the overall facts and taking note of the fact that

there are strong criminal antecedents, approximately eight, of

similar nature registered against the applicant, this Court is not

inclined to enlarge the accused-applicant on bail.

6. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS is

dismissed.
