and (3)(2)(va) of SC and ST (POA) Act, Sec.7 of AP Assigned Lands
(Prohibition of Transfers) Act 1977 and section 13(2) r/w 13(1)(c)and(d) of
Prevention of Corruption Act 1988 and to pass

       Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C and 528 of BNSS praying that in the
circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition,the
High Court may be pleased pleased to dispense with filing of the original
certified copy of Crime No.14 of 2020, dated 27-02-2020 on the file of CID
Police Station, Amaravathi, Mangalagiri, Guntur District before this Hontle
Court and pass

      Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C and 528 of BNSS praying that in the
circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition,the
High Court may be pleased pleased to stay all further proceedings against the
petitioner herein in FIR No. 14 of 2020 of Police Station Crime Investigation
Department (CID, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati, Mangalagiri, Guntur District,
registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409, 506, 109 r/w.
120(B) of IPC, Sec.3(1)(g) and (3)(2)(va) of SC and ST (POA) Act, Sec.7 of
AP Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act 1977 and section 13(2) r/w
13(1)(c)and(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act 1988 pending disposal of the
Criminal Petition, and pass

ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of

the petitioner. This petition was filed in the year 2023, seeking to quash the

F.I.R.No14 of 2020 of Police Station, Crime Investigation Department, (C.I.D.

Mangalagiri), Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh, and the matter has been

pending for the last three years.

2. Learned Special Public Prosecutor for C.I.D., appearing on behalf of the

State is in attendance.

3. In that view, since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner,

this Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand

closed.
