The T. S. Mishra university has been established as a memorial to the late justice Tribeni Sahai Misra, whose commitment to education inspired the founding members to create a centre of excellence for learning, knowledge and wisdom.
About T. S. Mishra Law School
T.S. Mishra School of Law is dedicated to providing quality legal education and prioritising outcome-based education. The vision of TSM School of Law is to promote law courses, programmes, curriculum, research, collaborations, and interaction through its faculty, infrastructure, and varied opportunities.
From the academic year 2024-25, it offers a five-year integrated B.B.A. LL.B. and B.A. LLB. Programme; one year LL.M. programme (criminal and security law/constitutional and administrative law) and PH.D. (full time-law).
The LL.M. programme of TSM School of Law is offered for all law graduates, corporate lawyers, legal practitioners, civil servants, diplomats and judges with two options for specialisation.
By incorporating new-age learning technologies, the school offers competency-based, adaptive, and collaborative education which is also based upon the national education policy, 2020. This creates a learning environment that equips students with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in the evolving legal landscape.

Eligibility
Students pursuing the Three or Five Year courses of the LL.B. Degree or its equivalent in the academic year 2025-2026 from any recognized Law School/College/University in India are eligible to participate.
Team Composition
- Any recognized Law School/College/University shall be entitled to send maximum of three teams to the Competition.
- The participating team shall comprise a minimum of two and a maximum of three members.
- In a team of two members, both the members shall be designated as Speakers. In a team of three members, two members shall be designated as Speakers and the third member of the team shall be designated as a Researcher.
- No additional member or team coach is allowed to accompany the team.
Language
The official language of the competition shall be English.

- Last date of registration and online payment: 8th April, 2026
- Last date to seek clarification: 11th April, 2026
- Release of Clarification: 13th April, 2026
- Last date to submit soft copies of memorials: 14th April, 2026
- Inaugural Ceremony & Exchange of memorials: 17th April, 2026
- Researcher Test: 17th April, 2026
- Prelims Rounds 1 & 2 & Quarter-Final Round: 18th April, 2026
- Semi Final and Final Rounds: 19th April, 2026
- Valedictory Ceremony: 19th April, 2026
Registration Fee
The Registration Fee is INR 4000 for teams.
Each team shall submit the registration fee of through online mode. The QR code is given below:

Accommodation, Food and Transportation
- Accommodation shall not be provided to the participating teams. The organizing institution may help in finding suitable accommodation on the request of the participating teams.
- Lunch, High Tea and Snacks shall be provided to all the teams for all the 3 days of the competition. Further information regarding it shall be provided after registration.
Prizes and Awards
- The following awards shall be given:
- Winning Team Award: The winning team will get a rolling trophy with cash.
- Runners-Up Award: The 1st runners up will get a trophy with cash.
- Best Student Advocate: Best student advocate will get a trophy with cash.
- Best Memorial: Best Memorial will get a trophy with cash.
- Best Researcher: Best Researcher will get a trophy wash.
- Certificate of participation shall be given to all the participants and all the winners will receive ‘Certificate of Merit’ in addition to the ‘Certificate of Participation’.
- All Certificates and awards will be presented to the participants only at the Valedictory Ceremony on 19th April, 2026.
- The certificates will not be provided to any participant who is not present at the Valedictory Ceremony and the same shall not be sent by post/courier to participants under any circumstances whatsoever.
Registration Procedure
The registration process will start from 8th March, 2026. Institutions must complete their registration by filling up the google form given at the end of the post.
