Over the course of 6 weeks and 12 live sessions, participants will learn the structure of commercial contracts, key drafting principles, and the practical nuances involved in drafting commonly used agreements.
About the Internship Opportunities for Participants
Participants of this Arbitration Drafting course will be eligible for internship opportunities with any of the 2 collaborating law firms (Viaan Legal and Actualis Legal Counsel). The screening and selection process will be conducted as per the respective firm’s recruitment procedure.
Internships will be awarded based on performance in the course. Evaluation may include attendance, classroom engagement, assignments, and assessment tests conducted throughout the duration of the course.
Eligibility
Law students (including LLM students), graduates, faculties, practitioners and any one interested.
Candidates with non-legal background are eligible.
