1. The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 07/2022 of
PS Cyber (Central), Delhi for offence under Section 170/419/420/
467/468/471/120B/34 IPC read with Section 66(D) IT Act and Section 14
Foreigners Act.
2. Broadly speaking, allegation against the accused/applicant is that as a
part of organized syndicate, he impersonated and cheated 756 victims to the
total tune of approximately Rs. 2.2 crores.
3. After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant, on
instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty
to file afresh before the trial court after examination of at least five victims
