1. The petitioners have filed this petition under Article 226 of the
Constitution, seeking quashing of FIR No. 13/2022 dated 03.01.2022,
registered at Police Station Prem Nagar, District Rohini, New Delhi,
under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 [“IPC”], and
all proceedings emanating therefrom, on the ground of settlement.
2. Issue notice. Mr. Sanjay Lao, learned Standing Counsel, accepts
notice on behalf of the State. Mr. Sandeep Kumar, learned counsel,
accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 2 – complainant.
