01. By this petition filed under Section 528 BNSS, petitioner has
challenged the order dated 22.09.2025, passed by the learned
Principal Sessions Judge, Pulwama, granting bail to the
respondent, in case FIR No. 32/2024, of Police Station, Rajpora for
commission of offences punishable in terms of Section 366, 109,
344, 376, IPC and 4 Prevention of Child from Sexual Offence Act.
