Job Description:
RSA Law Consultants is inviting applications for the positions of Junior Associate and Associate at its Defence Colony office in New Delhi. The opportunity is suitable for legal professionals interested in corporate litigation, insolvency, commercial disputes, arbitration, and corporate advisory. The firm is hiring 2 Junior Associates and 1 Associate to work on high-value and complex legal matters.

• Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with corporate litigation, insolvency, and commercial dispute matters
• Drafting petitions, replies, written statements, rejoinders, statements of claim/defence, agreements, and other legal documents
• Assisting in matters before NCLT, NCLAT, Delhi High Court, and arbitral tribunals
• Conducting legal research and preparing case-related materials
• Supporting corporate and commercial advisory matters
• Handling matters independently, depending on experience and role
• Coordinating with senior lawyers and assisting with case strategy
Eligibility & Preference:
• Junior Associate: 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Internships or prior exposure to NCLT/NCLAT or arbitration may also be considered for Junior Associate roles
• Associate: Minimum 3 years of PQE in corporate litigation and advisory
• Strong understanding of IBC, Companies Act, Arbitration Act, and allied corporate laws
• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills
• Ability to work across litigation and advisory matters
• Good attention to detail, discipline, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to independently handle matters preferred for the Associate position
