    respondents.

    This is an application for restoration of WP(C) No.81 of 2019
    which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 10.07.2025. The reason for
    non-appearance of the applicant has been sufficiently explained in the
    application.

    Mr. J.N. Rynjah, learned GA appearing for the State-respondents
    has no objection to the prayer of restoration.

    In view of the above, the order dated 10.07.2025 is hereby recalled
    and accordingly, WP(C) No.81 of 2019 stands restored back to file.
