1. The instant petition is for the following reliefs:-
“a. Quash the F.I.R. being No. 84/2024 dated 24.01.2024 registered U/s
288/337 /304A of the IPC at PS Fatehpur Beri;
b. Pass such other and further orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit
and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interests
of justice.”
2. Petitioners and the families of the deceased persons are present in
Court and they have been identified by the Investigating Office of the case
as well as by their respective counsel.
