When the matter is called on for hearing today, there
is a conspicuous and continuous absence on behalf of
the petitioner. No representation has been put forth to
advance her cause, nor has anyone appeared on her
behalf.
2. Upon a perusal of the record and the order sheets, it is
revealed that this revisional application, filed under
Section 483 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973,
has been languishing in this Court for nearly a decade
since 2017. Despite repeated opportunities, structured
procedural directions, and the passage of about ten
years, the petitioner has remained chronically
unrepresented, systematically avoiding appearance
before this Court on multiple previous occasions as
well.
