1. By this petition, petitioner herein is seeking direction upon respondent
No. 6 to consider and decide the complaint of the petitioner filed under the
Jammu & Kashmir Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants)
Act, 1988 pertaining to Shop No. 77-A situated at Fruit & Vegetable
Market Parimpora, Srinagar, which qualifies as public premises in terms
of the Act of 1988 supra.
2. Vide order dated 21.07.2026, Mr. H. Aman Ali, learned Dy.AG was
directed to seek and report instructions. He has produced a copy of the
communication dated 23.07.2026 issued by the Area Marketing Officer
Horticulture (P&M) Srinagar to Deputy Director (K) Horticulture (P&M),
Srinagar, wherein it is stated that the documents pertaining to the claim of
the petitioner were received on 22.07.2026 and the same have been
handed over to the concerned Tehsildar. Copy of the communication
dated 23.07.2026 is taken on record.
