About the Opportunity
Dhairya Shah & Associates is looking for an IP Litigation Associate to join their growing Intellectual Property practice.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in handling Intellectual Property litigation matters.
- Experience appearing before District Courts and High Courts.
- Strong legal drafting, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage litigation matters and work collaboratively with the team.
