The present appeal has been filed by the appellants under Section 37 of the
Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (Hereinafter referred to as ‘the Act of
1996’ for the sake of brevity) being aggrieved by the order dated 03.04.2024
passed in MJC (AV) No. 204/2016 by 22nd District Judge, Jabalpur, whereby the
application filed by the appellants under Section 34 of the Act of 1996 has been
rejected by the court and affirmed the award of the Commissioner (Arbitrator)
dated 17.08.2016 passed in Case No. 1030/A-82/2015-16.
