Alpha Legal Consultants (ALC) invites applications from talented and driven legal professionals to join their General Corporate Law Vertical at their New Delhi office.
Eligibility Criteria
We are looking for candidates with a strong interest and an experience of 5+ years in corporate & commercial laws, contract drafting and negotiation, legal advisory, regulatory compliance, due diligence, corporate transactions, and general corporate matters.
Lawyers who possess strong drafting and research skills, commercial understanding, attention to detail, and the ability to independently handle corporate advisory and transactional assignments.
