    1. This application has been preferred by the applicant seeking

    condonation of delay of 22 days in filing the criminal appeal against

    the judgment of conviction and sentence dated 26.12.2025 passed by

    the Principal Sessions Judge, Udhampur in case titled ” State of J&K

    Vs. Pahar Singh and others” for the commission of offences under

    Sections 302, 307, 458, 120-B, 147, 148, 149, 323 IPC and 4/25 Arms

    Act.

    2. For the reasons stated in the application, we are of the view that

    sufficient cause for condoning the delay has been made out.

    Accordingly, the delay of 22 days in filing the criminal appeal is

    condoned.

    3. The application is, accordingly, disposed of.

    1. This application has been preferred by the applicant seeking

    exemption from annexing the certified copy of judgment dated
