Mr. S. Pandit learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this
application for grant of bail has been made by the petitioner who has been
implicated as an accused person in connection with Nongstoin P.S. Case No.
68(10) of 2025 under Section 5(j)(ii)(l)/6 POCSO Act. However, since this
concern offence under the POCSO Act, the learned counsel has submitted that
the complainant as well as the parent/custodian of the victim have also been
arrayed as party respondent. It is prayed that notice may be allowed to be issued
upon the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 respectively, the respondent No. 1/State being
duly represented by Mr. K.P. Bhattacharjee, learned GA.
