About the Online Certificate Course on Certificate Course on Litigation Drafting
Every litigation matter begins with a draft. Whether it is a plaint filed before a District Court, a bail application in a criminal matter, a writ petition before the High Court, or a Special Leave Petition before the Supreme Court, the quality of drafting often determines the strength of the case.
Yet most law students graduate without ever drafting a plaint, written statement, bail application, execution petition, writ petition, SLP, or review petition from scratch. They understand the law but rarely learn how litigation actually moves through the courts.
This course is designed to bridge that gap. Across 10 sessions and 75 litigation drafts, participants will progress through the complete litigation journey, beginning with District Court practice, advancing to High Court proceedings, and finally covering Supreme Court litigation. Every session is built around practical drafting, procedural strategy, and the documents that advocates prepare and file in real practice.
LawMarg is launching a Certificate Course on Litigation Drafting, focused entirely on the practical aspects of drafting documents used across District Courts, High Courts, and the Supreme Court.
