“National Law University Delhi is pleased to share that Prof. (Dr.) Ruhi Paul participated in the 5th International Conference on “Arbitration in the Era of Globalization”, organised by the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA) on 10–11 April 2026 at the Delhi High Court, New Delhi.
The Conference brought together leading jurists, policymakers, and experts to deliberate on themes such as legal technology, economic development, investor confidence, and cross-border dispute resolution. It featured addresses by Hon’ble Mr. Justice Surya Kant, Chief Justice of India; Shri Taranjit Singh Sandhu, Lieutenant Governor of Delhi; and Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal, Minister for Law & Justice, Government of India.
Prof. (Dr.) Ruhi Paul was invited as a discussant in two high-level closed-door roundtables, namely “Geopolitics and Global Commerce: Institutional Arbitration as a Pillar of Stability in Cross-Border Trade” (10 April 2026) and “One World, One Resolution: A Global Network of Institutional Arbitration Centers” (11 April 2026), contributing to nuanced discussions on global arbitration frameworks and cross-border commercial practices.
