About the 30th International Seminar
The 30th International Seminar on “Artificial Intelligence and the Constitutional State: Law, Rights and Public Power in the Digital Age” seeks to provide a critical platform for academicians, legal practitioners, policymakers, researchers, industry professionals, and students to engage in meaningful discourse on the constitutional implications of artificial intelligence in governance.
Artificial Intelligence is no longer confined to private innovation; it increasingly shapes public administration, welfare distribution, criminal justice, national security, regulatory decision-making, and digital public infrastructure. As algorithmic systems begin to influence state functions, fundamental constitutional principles such as rule of law, separation of powers, accountability, equality, privacy, and due process demand renewed examination.
The seminar aims to explore how constitutional democracies can regulate AI-driven public power while safeguarding human rights, democratic accountability, and institutional legitimacy. By bringing together diverse perspectives, the seminar aspires to contribute to principled and forward-looking public law frameworks in the digital age.

The International Seminar will be conducted entirely in online mode.
