    1. Mr. S.Chanda, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset prays

    that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant writ application due to certain

    SPONSORED

    defects. However, he prays that he may be given liberty to file afresh, if so

    advised.

    2. Prayer is allowed.

    3. Accordingly, the instant matter stands closed and disposed of on

    withdrawal, however, with liberty as prayed.
