About the Young Professionals Programme for Legal Empowerment (YPPLE) 2026
The Centre For Social Justice, India (CSJ) invites applications for the Young Professionals Programme for Legal Empowerment (YPPLE).
This 2-year immersive programme offers young professionals the opportunity to work closely with paralegals and lawyers at the forefront of social justice, while engaging directly with communities and the realities of the field.
This programme is open to graduates and post-graduates from diverse fields, including Law, Management, Communications, Design, Art, and Journalism, who are passionate about access to justice and willing to travel and work closely with grassroots communities.
What the Programme Offers
- Hands-on grassroots engagement with field travel
- Mentorship from experienced leaders in social justice lawyering
- Opportunities for research, collaboration, and capacity building
- A multidisciplinary learning environment with peers from different fields

Graduates and post-graduates from any discipline (especially Law, Management, Communications, Design, Art, and Journalism)
