LUCKNOW: Over 34,000 people registered for YEIDA‘s hi-tech township coming up near the Jewar International Airport, an official spokesperson said on Thursday.
“This ambitious project is situated in Sector-24A of Noida, which is one kilometre from the International Film City, 500 metres from the Yamuna Expressway, and close to the MotoGP track. As many as 62,865 individuals purchased brochures, while 34,180 people registered for it,” the spokesperson stated, informing that the final date for registration is Nov 30, with the lottery draw scheduled for Dec 27.
The township, which promises state-of-the-art amenities and enhanced living standards for residents in the region, will offer 451 residential plots in various sizes.
The details are as follows: 100 plots of 120 square metres, 169 plots of 162 square metres, 172 plots of 200 square metres, 6 plots of 250 square metres, and 4 plots of 260 square metres. Additionally, 17.5% of these plots have been reserved for the state’s farmers.
