1. Mr. Susheel Kumar, learned counsel
holding the brief of Mr. Gaurav Singh,
learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. By the instant writ petition the
petitioner is praying for the following
relief:-
“Issue an appropriate writ, order or
direction to the Learned Civil Judge (Senior
Division) Roorkee, District Haridwar to
expedite the application for granting ad-in
interim injunction under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2
with Section 151 CPC being paper no. 6C2
pending in the Original Suit No. 305 of 2025,
Rajpal and another vs. Vikas and others within
a stipulated time period of one month”.
3. The relief, as sought, appears to be
innocuous.
4. In such view of the matter, the
instant writ petition is disposed of finally
with the direction to the court concerned,
i.e, Civil Judge (Senior Division) Roorkee,
District Haridwar to expedite the ad-in
interim injunction application moved
under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 read with
Section 151 CPC being paper no. 6C2
pending in the Original Suit No. 305 of
2025, Rajpal and another vs. Vikas and
others, within a month from the date of
production of certified copy of the order.
5. Pending application, if any, also
stands disposed of.
