It has been five months since Anand Ambani and Radhika Merchant tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in Mumbai. Leading up to the big day, the couple hosted festivities have went on for months on end. One of the many pre-wedding celebrations included a fun-filled haldi ceremony that saw several Bollywood stars in attendance.
Instead of simply applying haldi for the bridal couple, guests at this wedding ceremony also found themselves drenched in haldi paste and flower petals as they revelled in the festivities.
In a new vlog shared by Orry, the video gives fans an inside look at all the shenanigans that went on behind closed doors. The clip sees young Bollywood stars like Ananya Panday and Janhvi Kapoor having a blast as they danced to the lively tunes. Salman Khan, who is also Anant’s good friend, was seen not only marking his presence, but also joining the groom as they revelled in the festivities.

The video sees Khan embracing the celebratory mood and lifting an entire vessel of haldi paste and pouring it all over the groom. Joining in the fun, Salman made sure to put some on himself as fellow guests showered them with flower petals.
Salman, dressed initially in a blue shirt and formal pants, was later seen covered in yellow paste as he hugged Anant and wised him the best for his wedding.
The Haldi ceremony, held at Antilia, the Ambani residence in Mumbai, was a grand affair attended by several high-profile guests, including Ranveer Singh, Sara Ali Khan, Hardik Pandya and many others. Ranveer was also seen dancing away as Mukesh Ambani covered him in haldi.
Salman was also spotted attending the wedding celebrations. In videos that have surfaced online, the groom could be seen ecstatically welcoming the Bollywood Bhaijaan to his wedding and greeting him with a warm hug. In older videos from the Jamnagar festivities, Anant hit the headlines when he was seen trying to carry Salman during the star-studded afterparty that saw Akon rock the stage.
